Tour Overview
Join us for an unforgettable 8-day Northern Serengeti Great Migration Safari in Serengeti National Park, one of the most spectacular wildlife destinations in Tanzania. This safari takes place during the most dramatic stage of the Great Migration, when thousands of wildebeest and zebras attempt to cross the famous Mara River.
From July to October, the northern Serengeti becomes the center of one of the world’s greatest wildlife spectacles. Massive herds gather along the riverbanks before making the dangerous crossing, where powerful currents and giant crocodiles create thrilling moments of survival.
Each day includes guided game drives led by experienced safari guides who closely track the migration routes. You will witness incredible wildlife behavior as predators such as lions, leopards, and hyenas follow the herds across the savannah.
To ensure the best experience, you will stay in comfortable safari lodges and mobile tented camps located near the migration routes. This allows you to remain close to the action while enjoying warm hospitality, delicious meals, and the peaceful atmosphere of the African wilderness. In the evenings, relax around the campfire and listen to the sounds of nature under a star-filled sky.
Beyond the migration, the Serengeti offers incredible wildlife diversity. During your safari you may encounter elephants, giraffes, buffalo, cheetahs, zebras, and many antelope species, as well as hundreds of bird species. Whether you are a photographer, wildlife enthusiast, or first-time safari traveler, this journey offers unmatched opportunities for wildlife viewing and photography.
This Northern Serengeti safari is carefully designed to combine adventure, comfort, and authentic African safari experiences, making it one of the best ways to witness the Great Migration up close.
