DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN ARUSHA
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport where you will be warmly welcomed by your safari guide. You will then be transferred to Arusha for relaxation and preparation for your adventure.
In the evening, enjoy a pre-safari briefing and equipment check to ensure everything is ready for the journey ahead.

Day 2: Arusha to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, depart for the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, the largest intact volcanic caldera in the world.
Descend into the crater for a game drive and picnic lunch. This natural wildlife sanctuary is home to over 30,000 animals, including the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard.
The crater floor offers one of the best wildlife viewing experiences in Africa due to its dense animal population and unique ecosystem.

Day 3: Ngorongoro to Empakaai Crater
After breakfast, drive to Olmoti Crater for a guided walk to its beautiful waterfalls. Along the way, you may encounter Maasai herders and experience their traditional lifestyle.
Continue to Empakaai Crater, a hidden gem known for its deep crater lake often filled with flamingos. The peaceful surroundings and panoramic views make it a perfect place to connect with nature.

Day 4: Empakaai Crater to Rift Valley Escarpment
Enjoy an early sunrise before beginning your trek through the Ngorongoro Highlands accompanied by Maasai guides.
The trail passes through rolling hills, remote villages, and scenic landscapes, offering insight into the daily lives of the Maasai people. A picnic lunch will be taken along the route.
Arrive at the Rift Valley escarpment in the afternoon, where you can hike to a viewpoint for stunning sunset views over the valley.

Day 5: Highlands Trek to Lake Natron Area
Today’s trek continues across the dramatic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley, descending into the plains towards Lake Natron.
Along the way, enjoy views of volcanic mountains including Mount Meru and the iconic Ol Doinyo Lengai. You will pass through Maasai villages and open plains, offering rich cultural and scenic experiences.
Support crew and donkeys will carry luggage, allowing you to enjoy the walk comfortably.

Day 6: Trek to Ol Doinyo Lengai – Transfer to Manyara
Today you will trek to the base of Ol Doinyo Lengai, the only active carbonatite volcano in the world and a sacred mountain to the Maasai.
After reaching the base, you may choose to rest or (optionally) prepare for a night ascent.
Later, transfer to the Lake Manyara area for relaxation after the trekking adventure.

Day 7: Game Drive in Lake Manyara National Park

Enjoy a picnic lunch and continue exploring before returning to Arusha.
